"Aysha Rahman and her team of carers have been providing ongoing day care to my mother since August 2018. My mother has a diagnosis of dementia and it soon became clear that she needed a lot of help at home. I preferred this option rather than a care home. The care my mum has received has been exceptional. Aysha and the carers provide personal care, companionship, meals and keeping the home clean and tidy. I live an hour away so it is important that I fully trust that my mum is being looked after properly.  

 

Communication is excellent, if there is any concern they contact me, and I am able to contact them if needed. If my mum is short of anything they replenish and I reimburse. In other words they use their initiative. Finally, and this is important, my mum likes her carers, she feels happy with them.
